Halloween Safety
Hi folks,
Halloween is here, and there are some things to remember so that everybody can be safe while having fun. Remember that there are lots of churches and businesses that have venues open to the public, so that everybody can have a safe place to go. What Cooper's Corner is All About
Cooper's Corner is a fun, interactive educational bicycle and pedestrian safety exhibit for children through age twelve. With adult supervision and participation, the active goal of Cooper's Corner is to foster interest and a dialogue between parents and their children so that these traffic safety concepts will take root and mature into consistent safe practices throughout their children's lives.

- is a joint project with the Benton Franklin Traffic Safety Task Force, Benton Franklin Safe Kids Coalition and the Washington State Traffic Safety Commission.
